Only the team, funny thing is if one of the employee want to do any fun activity first stopping them and giving them random work and He is spending more time with fun activities. He is thinking they are his slaves

My direct team mates have become friends. We work well together. We enjoy our days together. We do our jobs, but still also get enjoyment out of interacting with each other. One of the best things about the job is the people we work with directly.

co workers are very silo'ed. It is difficult to find a person to talk to outside your team if additional information is needed on product.

Apart from the new hired senior technical members, Coworkers who are working since a long time are less technical. Recently there is too much technical work that is assigned to India team, but on the other hand India team lack technical knowledge. Due to which we have to rely on US counter parts.
