My Team is very collaborative and forthcoming and helps to get things done. I never recall that there's even a single instance where team had not stepped in support each other. co workers are very silo'ed. It is difficult to find a person to talk to outside your team if additional information is needed on product.

Apart from the new hired senior technical members, Coworkers who are working since a long time are less technical. Recently there is too much technical work that is assigned to India team, but on the other hand India team lack technical knowledge. Due to which we have to rely on US counter parts.
