It is inclusive, and they prioritize a hybrid working schedule. If it were to change to go back to the office full-time, I would be extremely disappointed.

Not applicable for the entire organisation, but 'People Management is an Art' . First timers into People management is tough for the team especially when manager feels superiority over the team coz of their tech background., A skip level meeting with the director would be very helpful in such cases.
