What do you like best about the leadership team?
Listens to staff when making decisions - if they choose something and employees have a hard time with it, they listen and shift.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Being able to work from home when needed, great health insurance and PTO amounts

The vacation policy is generous and the 401k match is substantial.

I think the amount of PTO is the best part of my compensation package. It gives me the flexibility to plan a couple of weeks off, while also reserving days for being sick/emergencies.

Making the customers happy and the dogs are a plus

The best part of being at work is a sense of value from the work I do. I do not spend much of my time talking to co-workers or goofing off because I feel that my work is important. It's satisfying to have a purpose at the office.
