- What did you like most about the interview process?The timeline was followed to a T, interviewers were professional but still very supportive of the interviewee, I felt challenged but it wasn't daunting; I got out what I put in.
- What makes you most happy at work?The days I can work freely without fear of retaliation, or without operational blockers.
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?Work/life balance is supported, not penalized for taking PTO or needing time off, we can choose to work condensed work weeks and remain full time remote. It's extremely dog-friendly as well, which is always a good sign.
