Out of 237 Widen Enterprises employee reviews, 93% were positive. The remaining 7% were constructive reviews with the goal of helping Widen Enterprises improve their work culture.
Increase diversity (of thought, and experience), accountability, and transparency.
Listening to and trusting all of the employees, just not the select few on the executive team.
Clarity on what is, or is not, going to be professionally possible. Widen could improve at their ability to cultivate talent.
Being repeatedly told that we are paid "fair market value" while being able to prove that we are actually not.
Lack of consistency amongst people of the same title, performance and longevity.

I don't like the health plan options.

I am making less than I was at my last job and after the years of experience I have in the industry I feel like I could be making more. And there has been no talk of a raise or an annual increase in pay, I've asked about it and haven't gotten any clear answers about either. Same with a bonus.
I don't think coworkers are to blame but the exec team pushing the agenda of toxic positivity. The sheer homogeneity of Widen doesn't allow for us to appreciate or tolerate diversity. The peer reviews are spiteful and encouraged by management. It's all a bit of a circus.
Embrace diversity. Be ok with difference. If you're serious about making change, do it! See the world and learn about different business cultures. And please don't bring religion into the work place.
Don't involve 30 people in a process: it shows a lack of confidence. Use intuition and not a scoring system.
I dread it. My mental health has suffered working at Widen as I'm constantly trying to be something I'm not. Bullying is rife and HR runs a kangaroo court. It all feels very amateur and unprofessional, almost like a start up or a business run by kids.
There's nothing wrong, just other things I'd rather be doing.
Some departments seem overstaffed while others feel really understaffed. Wish we could improve faster, but that might be a constraint of a small(er) company.
We need to have better documentation of existing knowledge so different teams aren't wasting time.
