What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Work/life balance is supported, not penalized for taking PTO or needing time off, we can choose to work condensed work weeks and remain full time remote. It's extremely dog-friendly as well, which is always a good sign.
The people I get to work with on a daily basis. There is nothing else.
Flexibility and quality of life (work/life balance encouraged), the office is bright and comfortable, my commute is very short.
