Interacting with my coworkers, and solving complicated problems for customers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love my team with all my heart. I thoroughly enjoy speaking with them about work and non-work matters. All of them are dependable, and accountable.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The openness and friendliness are the most positive things about the culture. Plus, everyone is driven by the same goal of helping our customers which is extremely positive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I got interviewed by a few different teams, and the questions did not feel unnecessary. Everything felt like it had a point. Plus the interviewers were extremely friendly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I think the amount of PTO is the best part of my compensation package. It gives me the flexibility to plan a couple of weeks off, while also reserving days for being sick/emergencies.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I can actually talk to them, and they treat me like a valuable part of the company. I have never once felt pushed off, or ignored, when bringing my concerns to the leadership team.
