What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Since cummins had bought the distributors the people that are in service for the distributors are suffering from not enough help but are expected to produce more and more with more check marks that they have to make to show that they are doing there job

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There is no HR person on site here which makes it hard to get help with issues like vacation time, sick days etc.

Two stages for the interview, but first stage lasted a full day and done In a group- so was a lot more comforting than a face to face interview straight away.
