I like everyone I work with, but I feel if a lot of things were done differently that the store would be a lo more productive, and we have 4 emloyees that really do try there best and do what they can while they are working, the other 2 slack off off, which makes it hard on everyone else.

The computer system is outdated. In order to do a return you have to be a key holder and hold up the line to call one which in turn upsets and even loses customer's.
