We all get along pretty well together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is absolutely no discrimination toward any culture, race, sex, or beliefs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Medical and paid vacation time when i work there long enough to get it will be nice.
What did you like most about the interview process?
Because it was not stressful, and i was made to feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door.
What makes you most happy at work?
Interacting with customers and co-workers, and to try and make the store as customer friendly, organized, stocked, and clean as i possibly can.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like everyone I work with, but I feel if a lot of things were done differently that the store would be a lo more productive, and we have 4 emloyees that really do try there best and do what they can while they are working, the other 2 slack off off, which makes it hard on everyone else.
