What do you like best about the leadership team?
They listen, they are down to earth, and they offer very constructive criticism. They are helpful in wanting their team to grow and climb and develop. My leadership team is like none other.

He can work better at communicating. He can do better at treating all the employees the same and not singling employees out. He can do better at hiring people who have common sense. He can do better at scheduling.

Our mission truly is serving others and we are offered ample opportunities to volunteer and encouraged to acknowledge each other often with thank you cards and public recognition.

I felt the interview process was relatively easy, and the people who interviewed me were very warm and welcoming and really tried to put me at ease and asked very appropriate questions as well as tried to get to know me a little
