Depends on performance, some years the company has done better than others but it’s still good.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I finished my BA last year but didn't get any type of increase. If I went to a different company, they'd acknowledge my degree with an increase in pay. I should have received a pay increase for yos and edu.

Terrible health plan, Barrett gets paid out for last year, rest of company gets a third of their bonus

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Moral is low. We aren't made to feel like we matter. They ask for our issues and concerns but things rarely happens as a result
