Just speaking to the supervisor and the leads
It is fair, constructive, informative.
Multiple interviewing by hiring staff
Being able to speak to the management team that would be working with me. And they were able to answer my questions about growth in the company as well
It was challenging and there was several rounds but at the end you felt good about getting the role
It was fast and streamlined
Excellent communication through the entire process

Pretty average experience for the interview
Review from HR Dept
All good to me
Review from Operations Dept
Very collaborative. Lots if overlapping and checks/balances to ensure candidates are a good fit.
I was interviewed by all heads
I was offered an opportunity lto join Cardinal Health. The President of the Distribution Company and I had worked together at FoxMeyer and he contacted me personally. He offered the position over the phone.
It was round robin, not just one person, so the team can decide who to hire, not just the manager.
Typically there is a long interview process.
Ensure that there is an action process for training and effectively on boarding new hires. I worked for almost 2 months before being paid and being given a badge to be able to clock in and out.
Very collaborative, but also long and drawn out
Bring people in that are coached on professional questions
Favoritism is at a all time high
Review from Operations Dept
Dont be too judgemental about people
Review from Product Dept
Less interviews. You shouldn't have to meet 6 or 7 people for one role.
Review from Operations Dept
Time to offer, clarity on issues and culture of the company. Sold as an inclusive culture, but it is not. Excessive turn over at all levels, lack of clarity on priorities, strategies, etc.
