Compare Cardinal Health to Competitors
I love the work I do for the company. Constantly learning & being challenged. I'm never bored.
Interesting work and pleasant interactions with coworkers.
Being trusted to be an adult and do what is best for the organization.
Driving, delivering and meeting people.
Working with my team in innovation and daily production
Paid vacation is very good
Being able to help patients get access to their medications.
My tasks and ability to network
The day when this doesn't happen: Every task needs approval. ... An obsession with constant updates. ... Difficulty delegating. ... The need to be cc'd into every single email. ... Over complicates instructions. ... The belief that no one is else is capable.
Room for growth into other levels.
Every day is different. There are so many teams and departments that help cover/support one another.
The work itself. I feel like I'm helping someone
Satisfied excisting accounts and brining on new accounts. Team desire to satisfy customers and the appreciato from from the C-Suite.
The people that report to me
working on projects that have an end
Effective collaboration with a team where we can solve problems.

There needs to be accountability of senior leadership
Our service is poor. We need to clean up the bureaucracy and make it easy to work with is (both inside and out)
No one cares as long as the job get done. Leadership
Review from Operations Dept
Management needs to understand the operation before they make decisions that make it slow, difficult, and inefficient
Being over looked for a promotion you truly were the better candidate but not getting it because of favouritism
The culture is horrible and fake. Discrimination, prejudice, harassment, de-grading, and hostility all plays a huge role in working at cardinal health.
Review from Operations Dept
Leadership that focuses on company long term goals vs their own
We don't have a lot of fun at work

everything is going wrong. There is nothing to save this sinking ship.

COMPLETE CHANGE OF LOWER LEVEL AND MIDDLE MANAGEMENT
Review from Customer Support Dept
Priorities constantly change but you are expected to get everything done. At one point for 9 months I was working FOUR jobs.
Review from Operations Dept
The managers and leads and higher up dont appreciate us
Review from Product Dept
service issues, lack of processes and bad data. No systems strategy, supply chain leadership is tactical, constant reorganizations with no vision.
Everything behind the scenes- no one stays. It's not a company that you like to grow in. It's frustrating seeing the lack of effort on the company's part. The DC's have an extremely hard task- and it is incredibly labor intensive. Unfortunately, they rely far too much on one or two employees.
Review from Operations Dept
Employees with years of experience need to be valued and listened to. Their knowledge and experience can shape new ideas. Instead they get their hours cut when they get hurt, then tossed aside.
Review from Operations Dept
At the Moberly facility, we have outdated machines that are over worked with no rest period or time for proper maintenance. We went from working 10 hour shifts to 12 hour shifts and that leaves no time for the machines to be worked on and maintained. Plus, the machines are always being Jerry rigged
