They do have the best interest of the Company at the forefront to grow & prosper.

Transparent, supportive and has provided encouragement to learn, grow and thrive!

Managing up with senior leadership.

Leadership team need to care, respect, and be genuine about there employees. There turnover rate will always be HIGH because they have horrible leaders that has been in the industry for a DECADE and treat employees unfairly. When ever we report about anything, they sweep everything under the rug!!!
