What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Quit worrying about political happiness and start being a business with business goals

Drug test, fire incompetence management and hold everyone to the same standards

HUMANITY! Better pay for the length of time at the company.

Sweep all of the 30+ years co workers and staff and train everyone correctly. Cardinal health is so cheap when it comes to a positive staff environment. They are not will to INVESTIGATE and resolve the problem within the company.

Review from Operations Dept

Leaders that are not so concerned with their own upward mobility BUT rather the long term health of the organization

Review from Sales Dept

The company needs to get better about nepotism at their distribution centers- while it might not seep into other DC's it does impact work quality and creates a lack of professionalism.

Review from Operations Dept

Culture at the top has created a feeling of fear of job

Stability. At my particular facility, so many people in the front office come and go. This causes constant flux which frustrates the floor personnel.

Review from Product Dept

Stop blaming us workers for everything little thing that goes wrong

Review from Product Dept

Too much of the overnight crew are basically kindergartners in terms of mental capability and maturity.

Review from Customer Support Dept

need something to boost the morrell and to decrease the hours

Review from Operations Dept

We need to see more supervisor paying attention and being there envilece more

Review from Operations Dept

Get rid of the barriers between supervision and hourly employees managers and supervision need to be more receptive to criticism and more willing admit shortcomings and wrong doing and change the one on one process it’s unfair

Review from Operations Dept

A competent management team that can adequately handle the persistent problems that have been ignored.

Review from Operations Dept
