Turn over rate is so high now because this company is not competitive with salary. Our talent has diminished greatly. And currently the average employee in our building has only been here a couple years. Basically a lot of people need help to complete there tasks and rely on veterans too much.

I have always admired the leadership of George Barrett. He is smart, caring, and a great motivator. Things could be better if they were less focused on the shareholders and more on the customers.

Awesome! After coming from a toxic work environment for 24 years, I did not know what normal was. I feel very welcome and it's a great fit even after 4 years.
What's the interview process like at Cardinal Health?
Long. 4 interviews including two phone and two in person with RD and then up to VP
Easy... I made one attempt and was hired after interviewing with three managers that wanted me to join there team. Be prepared.

Find ways to level the work load. Get back to being more customer focused rather than cost cutting focused
Upper mid management could better utilize the skilled workers they have.

Different locations, Main Campus is Business Casual. Other locations are jeans. Vibe is collaborative and supportive.

Very flexible, work from home two days per week and in winter they care that of you feel it is dangerous to drive you are able to work from home. This also depends on what department you work in.
