Turn over rate is so high now because this company is not competitive with salary. Our talent has diminished greatly. And currently the average employee in our building has only been here a couple years. Basically a lot of people need help to complete there tasks and rely on veterans too much.

How do you feel about going to work at Cardinal Health everyday?
I would say it depends on the business unit and location. The people in Dublin are professional, motivated, and get things done. I worked in the Twinsburg unit and leadership is lacking and the business is falling apart. The best advice I can give is ask a lot of tough questions when interviewing.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better at Cardinal Health?
Team works hard but non pharmacists need to be incentivized based on proformance above and beyond
