They need a reality check. They are just a bunch of sound bytes. They don't live up to the mission statements they dream up

GE is cheap and now that they are broke if you haven't been laid off yet you soon will be

More pay, better work environment. Fair promotions that dont involve the good ole boy network.

GE does not believe in reasonable merit increases for a job well done. Don't expect to get more than 3% even if you walk on water.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
GE does an incredible job with access to Executives. Leaders have round tables, lunches, and after hour get togethers where employees are allowed to speak frankly.

Fire senior management and replace with new blood. Reward the workers
