What do you like best about the leadership team?
They give us expectations and we are free to accomplish those expectations how we feel is the best way possible.

Our leadership team is flexible and able to make quick decisions for the company that allow us to pivot and stay relevant in a quickly evolving ecommerce market. They are good at providing feedback and communicating direction.

The leadership is afraid of committing to anything.

Seriously the most backwards leadership team. I don't even know what advice to give them because they make mistakes whenever possible. No one is willing to speak up when the company is about to make a mistake, so they end up getting disastrous results.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

Our benefits package is quite good - a decent company match on our 401(k), good health insurance at a good price, and plenty of amenities on our campus.

Very competitive salary and great benefits package. Awesome campus with onsite cafe, gym, health care, day care, green house, insurance package is competitive and 401k is amazing. Could use a better equity sharing program, but overall the comp package is excellent!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The company laid off 200 people, then gave an executive a half million dollar bonus. Meanwhile, most people are making less than industry standard. Executives are so well paid, it "evens out" to above market rate, but low level employees do not make fair money.

Overstock offers many opportunities for interacting with coworkers and having fun. There are plenty of amenities (gym, cafe, game space, greenhouse, etc.) for taking a break during the workday and they encourage learning.
