What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The company is always on profit for the last 3 QoQ and 2 YoY. Still, the percentage of the hike is 2- 4% max. Why it is so?. They grab the work and not at par of salary is matched.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Well, EVERYDAY I constantly go through some kind of belittling from my cluster lead, to the point that she has taken AWAY ALL of the stores that WERE under my "care". She's literally been hand feeding me all of my work! Most of which she's had other agents come from out of state. I couldn't be paid

Never compensated on the official expenses, Eg: I used personally paid broadband officially. Claims Tier -1 Company

Over forty hours of working is compensated with HALF TIME not TIME AND A HALF. They have been sued about this before and are still doing it. Bungee bosses and attempts to remove individual creativity, initiative and espres de corps. On the other hand they do have quality managers but not in HR.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
My lead could show me a LITTLE more support! Show me a LITTLE more trust to simply get the job dine as i know i can! The only reason I'm slow at certain jobs (like a recent locker install) is because I haven't had the opportunities to do them on my OWN!'
