What does the leadership team need to get better at?
After the Saba merger lot of changes have happened, good and bad and i believe the executive team needs to be more sensitive to ensure that we are working as one team and not as opponents

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My experience is really big, currently we are trying to be engaged more in newest projects in company, but it takes so long to get the decision.... There is a lot of offers in the market with better compensation. But I want to stay in the company, take part of something big... I like that company :)

Pay grade / scale should be based on the positions . It should not be as fixed / average number hike each year .

more appreciation, more timely rewards monthly or quaterly. this gives extra motivation to employees and builds up team morale.

No possibility of promotion. After two years in the role, no KPIs are communicated to employees, so there is no way to self-assess our performance and work towards promotion.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture used to be amazing at CSOD but it has been decreasing and hope it survives.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Designed to be very informal and conversational - very comfortable without stress for the candidate - but also designed to identify the exceptional few from the crowd and get them in front of the hiring manager quickly.

What makes you most happy at work?
When I can be a part of the project, where I can suggest/change functionalities that will be best for our end-users. I like to be creative. As a developer I like cooperation with product teams. I like to connect technology with business ideas

Lot of things have changed after the Saba merge and has brought down the culture or the way CSOD used to be. We all need to work as One team to bring CSOD back to its glory.
