They are sharp and have a lot of experience. But the vision is always hidden and not clearly communicated. There are too many visions.

They care about the company more than their employees. The company is run like a sweatshop. I've been with the firm for nearly two decades and it used to feel like working for a family, now I feel like a cog in the wheel.

The team is overworked, which makes interactions stressful. They hire good talent, but they squeeze them so hard that everyone is always near the breaking point.

Hire more people to backfill positions. Train the people you already have. Stop treating your resources like they have no home life.
