Leadership team has tenured team
They are the best and they know in and out of the process
Inclusive, supportive and respectful. Ready to meet you where you're at and provide any resources to help you on your career path.
They are sharp and have a lot of experience. But the vision is always hidden and not clearly communicated. There are too many visions.
Review from IT Dept

Its okay kind, not bad
I do think they try to listen and make things better to the extent that they can
Gives good support to employees... strategic thinking is very good and very good career opportunities for young people.
The leadership team does a lot to improve the morale.
Leadership believes in the ability of associates to deliver
Attentive to client needs and care for employee wellbeing
Best team of all time
Some level of interaction at lower levels
They're innovative and forward thinking.
Having a path to career growth that does not confuse exploitation for opportunity.
Less ego and more WE go!
Review from HR Dept
Executive team needs to listen to constructive feedback from employees and take concrete steps to improve working conditions. Technology requires major improvements. Pay is not competitive. Requiring employees to swipe their badge every time they enter and leave each floor is absurd.
Don't hire former government employees that only have10 years to work
Align client expectattions with business goals
Communucation can be a little diffucult.
That managers have biases and are not always right.
Communicating goals and training opportunities with employees

Valuing team building and comradery. Employees aren't just interchangeable cogs you can move from one team to another. Respect them and stick up for them. Financial compensation gets you far, but work on making them feel connected and invested in the team and company.
Review from Engineering Dept
They care about the company more than their employees. The company is run like a sweatshop. I've been with the firm for nearly two decades and it used to feel like working for a family, now I feel like a cog in the wheel.
Review from IT Dept
Alignment and less competition between them.
Learning how to do tasks and help when needed. He doesn't even review he just says he does. Also my friends manager just watches YouTube.
