What are some of the best things about your team?
my coworkers are the only redeeming quality of this company. for the most part id say a good 30-40% of fidelity workers are extremely competent and knowledgeable. but in the last 2ish year Fidelity has lowered its hiring standards significantly and it feels like they higher just about anyone.

Creative and inventive around projects but don’t always honor time off or after hours requests because a mix of workaholics, corporate climbers, and those that sign off at 5. You better have kids or your off hours aren’t going to be well respected. Time to complete projects isn’t right sized
