There is NO LEADERSHIP at Accenture. The people that are positioned as leaders are simply narcissistic, unethical, project managers that only adhere to so called "delivery models" above all else; and that includes ethics in business and in managing people, and business in general.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
They make 1000 times profit and share only 1 part of it as salary

Raises are arbitrary. They stopped issuing RSUs. Either the entire group gets it or does not. Nothing individual about the company

More team activities targeting new employees

Allow leaders to lead. Remove MD's who are no more than Project Managers blindly tied to delivery models and politics. Require Sr Mgr's to be more technical across more lanes. Stop lying about being "more human". Punish Career counselors that pad their people's timesheet's.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The company is dishonest and unethical at top, down through the MD level. There is very little leadership and management. Strictly a machine that values and awards loose and flexible ethics and morality. Stop lying about being "more human", and offering "work/life balance"; its a lie.

For analysts, promotions based on merit doesn't actually apply until you've been there a year. Before that, you're ineligible for promotion, even if you're responsibilities are several levels higher.

The way the projects are estimated and staffed is too low. The offshore workers are not efficient
