WE ARE THE FACE OF DIRECTV. TECHS DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS UNLIKE ANY OTHER MEMBER. WE ARE UNDERPAID.

Feel undervalued because provisioning doesn't care about the repercussions of doing a horrible job on their end and expect tech's to just deal with it. Would feel better about compensation if the pay scale was remotely close to what it used to be before AT&T took over

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It’s very independent I don’t have a lot to say about that because I work by myself multiple times so I only reach to somebody when I need something I’ve been working for the company for about four years so on my case is a little bit different

Horrible no consideration in family values or needs

AT&T needs to see it's employees as people and not just numbers. It's clear they don't care about their workforce, it's evident in how they manage their work force

Management don’t care selfish buddy buddy system

The techs feel attacked by managers and forgotten by payroll/ceo

Stop worrying about revenue and start caring about keeping your techs happy no techs mean to company

Over booking of jobs each and every single day leading to 12+hour shifts and 6 day work weeks are a problem and workforce management skills by those making important decisions are lacking
