leadership is always in the front line when it comes to these services.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Focus on leading evolution of the business to make profitible. It is far too top heavy, with leaders focused on "hitting" to receive their bonuses by cutting investment to position the company for a potential sale vs actually delivering a superior product & offering for customers & consumers

The upper leadership team is clueless. Customers are leaving in droves since att bought out directv. They need to listen to the field. The field is the face of the company. They actually have the experiences with people and hear what people are saying.

They would need to learn to not micromanage as much as they do. They would also need to stop forcing technicians to close jobs that are bogus and end up taking away bonuses from other techs
