What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Need a more collaborative environment, which is diffucult to create when everyone is overworked, stressed, and tired.
Field work is primarily a solo endeavor. Rarely have scenarios where we work with others.

My team relies on a communication style of multiple small group texts in different regions. We get along better and are able to get through the days and make better sense of the mess that is AT&T, who is handling Directv business.

We work well together. Since ATT bought Directv there is a culture of fear. The fired over 700 employees at my call center after the “ merger.”
