    The environment has descended into a gaping hole since AT&T took over. There is no focus on employees or customers, just the bottom line

  • AT&T doesn't seem to care about the employees, only making money. DTV made sure we were all happy so we would make customers happy in return

    Listen to the employees! AT&T makes changes that negatively affect the customers and they don't have to explain it, and we can't.
