They pretend to care about employees, long term employees are taken advantage, they made many employees feel worthless over call routing they controlled. They dont make sure call center managers comply with federal and state wage laws.

I really have no idea how they measure either. All I’m seeing is lots of mandatory overtime because they don’t know how to schedule.
