Performance based Annual pay increment and bonus!

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Bonuses are considered in t eh calculation when our salaries are compared to outside companies, but we get our bonus 4 of 5 years. it's a false comparison.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Constant reorgs and strategy changes make it impossible to be consistent and provide continuous improvement analysis. Some people have had 6 bosses in a 3 year period.
