Middle Managers in IT are old hold-over employees who know little about their jobs, roles or IT leadership and vision.

It’s extensive and very beneficial

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Much of the IT Services work is outsourced to India, Phillipines and these same people are brought from overseas to do the work in house at Maplewood MN office.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
80% of the IT work is performed by contractors and outsourced teams from India, Phillipines who have little stake in success of 3M, and US based contractors have high turn-over because of poor leadership and careless culture
