Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The people who are just starting working their receive the same amount of pay as me while I?

DaVita consistently finds ways to skim money off it's Teammates, Patients and the Marketplace. 401k match only paid annually, unpaid overtime for hourly workers who risk losing their license if they don't, poor salary and a bonus program that only pays about 25-50% of what they say it does.

As per Denver Mobile development pay standards which is pretty hot these days, we get less paid

The patients that come in the facility every other day.

Worker bees are great, they live the DaVita Way and Management exploits that , taking advantage of people's emotional vs rational side.

It was very quick and the scheduling was easily worked around the hours I could work

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The unit may be closing due to not having enough patients with insurance . The company needs to find out how to maintain the problem

DaVita's business model is unsustainable & to keep Stockholders & Senior Leadership compensated in stock they have to skim profits and costs. 80%+ of DaVita patients are Medicare/caid & they lose money on these patients. This population is only growing so DaVita has to use cleaver ruses to profit
