- What are some of the best things about your team?We appreciate each other, and make sure we help each other out whenever possible. If it were not for the co workers i currently have, I would leave for better oppurtunities.

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Stop comparing different clinics. Stop the micromanagement of weekly meetings for every clinc and every modality. Start working the different roles you manage at least each role for a week to see the ridiculous expectations. Forcing fun when it is the hardest job in my career.
