Stop comparing different clinics. Stop the micromanagement of weekly meetings for every clinc and every modality. Start working the different roles you manage at least each role for a week to see the ridiculous expectations. Forcing fun when it is the hardest job in my career.
What you're told during the recruitment process and training period is not what transpires afterwards.
As mentioned prior staff is lower class than management. No medical knowledge or people skills.
They worked me to the point of mental breakdown and only paid me 17.50 when i have a bachelors of science
Pcts work extraordinarily hard and we care about our patients, we work very very hard and very long hours and get junk pay
They make u work hard for little pay

I'M a PCT and get treated like I'm at the bottom of the bucket my manager has Literally told me that this was a dictatorship and my opinions didn't matter mind you this guy came from Walgreens in the retail department not even in the pharmacy he has never had to take care of any one and didn't care.
If i could make $35 dollars an hour and did not have to work 12-13 hours every day, it would be a good start to improvement. Also, if we had enough technicians to manage each pod every day, that would be an improvement. If nurses did not have to fill in for technicians, it would be an improment.
There is a lot of pressure to make the numbers and not enough focus on good patient care.
This job is too stressful for a little pay to work here. Its ridculous
Bonuses and pay adjustments according to performance
Better pay, paid holidays, no micromanagement
Review from Admin Dept
Pay nurses and technicians more money. They are your bread and butter. Executives make far too much money compared to how the people who perform the care
Very long stressful days and no compensation
No raises despite many accomplishments. Fair pay $15/hr for PCT work is absolutely way too little with all the responsibility.
Higher compensation to keep up with rate of inflation and other competing jobs in the field
Safe staffing ratios for the safety of the patients
I do feel undervalued. Although I would love to make more money, my unhappiness comes from not feeling valued. Additionally, it would be nice to have my salary equal to males in similar or same roles.
Offering affordable insurance option and fair wages.
maybe bit more money considering the load of work we all have
