What are some of the best things about your team?
We appreciate each other, and make sure we help each other out whenever possible. If it were not for the co workers i currently have, I would leave for better oppurtunities.
Cohesive. Communicative. Small. Close knit.
My facilities Teamwork is excellent
My last team (I am airlift) was very supportive and connected even outside of work. I also enjoyed how they cared for one another and if one had an issue no matter how small they stepped in and covered their shift.
The teammates are the best parts.

My team gets along well. Our manager definitely stands behind us and does not micromanage like my previous manager.
My co-workers are great we know how to do our job and love our patients we work great together and can trust that we are going to do the right things. We communicate and if we have an issue we talk it out. We have had problems yes but we never let it stop us from taking care of our parents.

The direct ppatient care staff. The few who really do care.
Team work is necessary, and is achieved by at least one year in service. The turnover is incredible, It looks like we are always training.

Everyone should feel they are part of the village. That their work is meaningful, find the good they do instead of calling out all their negatives

Proper work communication and etiquette
If they eliminated the troubled nurses and actually paid attention to patient complaints
Worrying more about the job instead of their phones
Stop leaving the floor for hours at a time, causing unnecessary drama, bullying one another and treating some of the patients poorly.
Act mature and get the job done
Everything. following policies, caring for patients, doing thie job
Teammates are all over worked because of staff shortage due to poor pay.

No idea. I do not know.
Instead of telling management something negative about me, tell me in person. I am not a robot, but a nurse trying her/his best, with caring feelings for my patients, and all people.
I can't speak for them. Hostile work environment partly due to short staffing and low wages
Some coworkers are not team oriented.

There is no communication. We are each told how to do things differently and there is no consistency.

There are way too many interpersonal drama conflicts, the company hires the bottom of the bottom to save a dime here and there and it definitely shows.
