Not treat patients like an assembly line and create a schedule where there’s more than 15 min between patients.
Hiring more experienced clinical staff instead of people with very little to no clinical experience, because they can pay them less. They will squeeze every penny out of you if they can.
Accountability, managment needs to manage their employees instead of letting everyone run amok, adhere to policies and proceedures, show more empathy and care people's lives are at stake.

insufficient staffing is the the problem with in davita work environment, if there will be a suvey with in every davita employess specially nurses and technicians who is always on the floor, nurse to patient ratio or technicians to patient ratio is not fairly met by davita, patient safety is not met
