It is not our company's culture... it is the group of core co workers that get us through the days.

They buy food for the staff sometimes

Leaders really uphold the values of the company

We as teammates work together and support each other

The company is isolated from each individual clinic, so your experience of the company is only ethereal, via corporate, cultish new-speak with words like TeamMate and the DaVita Way. The company does little to recognize excellence, but also fails at recognizing incompetence.

You are viewed for your ability and work performance

Some callers genuinely appreciate our effort. This is rare.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Not letting problems fester and follow up on issues reported

Stop being about the money

Not treat patients like an assembly line and create a schedule where there’s more than 15 min between patients.

Hiring more experienced clinical staff instead of people with very little to no clinical experience, because they can pay them less. They will squeeze every penny out of you if they can.

Accountability, managment needs to manage their employees instead of letting everyone run amok, adhere to policies and proceedures, show more empathy and care people's lives are at stake.

Better communication, appreciation, integrity, teamwork

Management needs to listen to employees, focus on patient care, and be ethical with their decisions

management needs to be strong against tge bullies and against the negative patterns that the teams made

Have the CEO actually visit facilities and see the work we do.

Pay needs to increase dramatically, reduce the time period between patients coming and going in order to reduce or eliminate dangerous mistakes from happening.

People's negative attitude about coming to work.

insufficient staffing is the the problem with in davita work environment, if there will be a suvey with in every davita employess specially nurses and technicians who is always on the floor, nurse to patient ratio or technicians to patient ratio is not fairly met by davita, patient safety is not met
