Stop comparing different clinics. Stop the micromanagement of weekly meetings for every clinc and every modality. Start working the different roles you manage at least each role for a week to see the ridiculous expectations. Forcing fun when it is the hardest job in my career.

How's the vacation policy at DaVita?

They make you use PTO for major holidays such as Thanksgiving and Christmas.
We get PTO , personal time off, however; this must also be used for NATIONAL holidays such as July 4th. How can I have to use pto when I do not have the OPTION of coming in and getting paid? This does not make sense .
It's fair, uses PTO time, which is earned through hours worked

I haven’t worked for Davita since 2012 but, I always did 16 hours

How to advance my career a little more quickly.
How's the morale at DaVita?
At my particular clinic, we have a couple chronic complainers. If you let them drag you into their misery, it's no good.
It's about the same as the current NYSE price.
What's the office vibe like at DaVita?
Discouraged due to low pay, low raises only given annually if at all.
Office staff is disconnected from health care staff. Makes it difficult.
What's the interview process like at DaVita?
Long. It seems exhaustive in comparison to the pay. No quality person will stay long. I love the job, I love what the company stands for, but I am looking elsewhere solely due to pay

Employee moral is having difficulties. People leaving to make AT LEAST $60,000 a year is growing fastest

Pay people a livable income.
Less corporate oversight... like it used to be about 6/7 years ago

They are the only ones who make a decent living. They do the least work for mpst pay
The CEO & other corporate people are disconnected from staff. Makes deadlines & demands from far away.
