Stop comparing different clinics. Stop the micromanagement of weekly meetings for every clinc and every modality. Start working the different roles you manage at least each role for a week to see the ridiculous expectations. Forcing fun when it is the hardest job in my career.

There weren't any.
How secure do you feel at your job at DaVita?
Pretty secure. I've also expressed interest in management.
What's the best part of your job at DaVita?
The company itself is okay. As with any job in which you work with people, teammates and patients alike can be trying. I like what I do.
How's the work life balance at DaVita?
You can't afford a life..unless taco tuesday at Del Taco counts as a night out
What's the company culture like at DaVita?
The culture is a facade. How can anyone be excited about "team" games when they are earning below poverty level???? There are NO decent salaries for the Davita employees. $18 an hour???? My wife is ready to leave me
