I am a Physician Nocturnist at a very busy hospital and it's been pretty terrible working under Envision. Envision claims to promote patient care and Physician well-being, but when it comes down to actually making positive changes, all they care about is the bottom-line and their admin overhead

Many senior leaders and decision makers observe and are made aware of risks and poor decisions their reports are making, yet it remains to be seen what they’ll do about them.

  • Merit increases occur annually and are effective July 1 of each year. Off cycle raises are also possible, though there are various HR approval gates one’s supervisor must champion. If you receive an off cycle increase in compensation, your next on cycle increase will be prorated. For example, if you receive an increase in October, then your next July increase will be prorated by (8/12).
