Not much. More focused on checking the boxes than the employees and the clinicians

Showing up in person. Creating training protocols and manuals that are aligned between staff already doing the job. Trainers or employees who are compensated for training new staff.
Stop lying to their staff.
Get rid of the ones they have.
Listening to employees and fighting for them
Holding others accountable for decisions and results
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Comes on time and accurate
What I like best about my compensation plan is that it is still cost effective.
There are short term incentive goals available for bonuses, a portion of which are not gated by company performance.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Physicians are under paid and are overworked. Local manager is notorious for putting down his own doctors and for being verbally abusive.
Abusive managers who have contempt for anyone not a nurse.
No raise since hired & when I ask, they ask me if I rcvd the merit increases which constitutes for only 2%; Better benefits, employees pay less towards benefits,
It cannot be helped , Envision keeps losing business.
What are some of the best things about your team?

Very confident and see your team and they were very hard and Support one another

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most of my coworkers are very good. The problem with this company is that the executive level.
Treating each other with respect at all times in all things
Most of my coworkers are great, but some are just lazy and others are super greedy and money driven.

My co workers are also upset about the pay cuts to doctors so the creates an unhappy work environment.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
That I work remotely since Covid

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Admin needs to listen, needs to be more transparent especially about pay
Need to streamline the organization. Too many people at the top feeding off the people on the bottom.
Hospital and Anesthesia team these new leadership
Its all about the management at the local hospital and at the HQ. Stop lying, stop abusing your employees, pay fair compensation and benefits.
Leadership has to be replaced

I was barely even interviewed. They needed help and I was there

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
As a Physician, our patients don't care what company we work for, only about the quality of their care. If Envision management wants to have a positive image amongst those we care for, they need to make steps to ACTUALLY improve patient care and physician well-being
Unfair reputation by media articles
Pay is low, compensation cut
Envision does not care about patients only money .
Politics are driving decisions instead of solid business sense
