Our group believes in each other and there is no “not my job” attitude. I can’t say the same for the company as a whole though
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Admin needs to listen, needs to be more transparent especially about pay
Need to streamline the organization. Too many people at the top feeding off the people on the bottom.
Hospital and Anesthesia team these new leadership
Its all about the management at the local hospital and at the HQ. Stop lying, stop abusing your employees, pay fair compensation and benefits.
Leadership has to be replaced
Please post this publicly. Envision unpays it's medical staff so that the leadership can recieve big bonuses.
There are pockets of good culture throughout the company. Frustrations are more toward lack of direction or accountability for decisions. Too many leaders make decisions without due diligence and rely on those reporting to them to evaluate their decisions.
