Team work despite our constant battle with leadership
Wonderful atmosphere, team members, etc. We are heard by our direct supervisor's, as well leaders of the company. They believe in and invest in their people.
LifePoint has the opportunity to have the best small hospital in our area, but after four years of zero capital investments, zero improvements, and only one cost of living increase for employees, they are not succeeding.
