What did you like most about the interview process?

It was conversational but still asked behavioral questions

5 total interviews. You know they are really considering who they hire which is important.

Davita is very thorough and selective

The people that interviewed me were supportive

My interview was relatively casual and comfortable.

Interviews have gone well. I think it depends on the recruiter and if they are influenced by or friends with the manager.

I felt welcomed and my old manager was very friendly and seemed excited about me joining like I was family. When I first joined with the old management I never felt like he didn't care or like I was on the bottom he they didn't care about that everyone was treated the same no matter your position.

I liked absolutely nothing at all

Virtual interview process made it simpler

I was a warm body, the person who was to interview me was present, and I did not have to wait to hear back that I was hired

It was like any other interview, with more detail because this is about caring for the patients that are having to come to dialysis

easy interview. almost too easy.

The people is very nice with you, they make you feel special, but one they hired you they become other persons

What would you improve about your company's interview process?

Too much lag time between application, recruiter, and manager.

Leas interviews, more organization with interviewing

The communication between the recruiting officer and Facility Administrator was poor. One gave me a time and the other gave me a completely different time. I sat in the lobby for an hour before I was interviewed.

Being upfront about the expectations, and pay

Not be interviewed by 5 different Managers at a time.

I didn't speak to anyone. I was basically just told to show up and start working with no experience.

employee interview should be done in quarterly basis either online or in person, or maybe employee suggestion box or employee ideas on how to improve management and employee relation questionairs should be ask quarterly like survey to be submitted through suggestion box.

It took about 2 months from being called for an interview to being on the floor working.

I would have the interviewers be more honest about what to expect when working with the company. Also have the actual managers you'll be working with be present for at least one step of the process.
