They listen to the team members.

They were always available yo help

The only leader who cares is my direct manager. Above her, managers are inconsiderate and unprofessional and those who are not "clinical" have no idea what clinics need let alone patients. Nurse to patient ratio and staffing clinics should be their #1 concern-the rest would fall into place.

Patient treatment and care is monitered

Support for the team mates and communication.

They are very good about taking time off.

They try to implement changes from up top, they are like puppets.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Communication and working as a team

Leasing and respecting there Employee better we had 3 FA's (Facilitie Administrator's) in one year and each one Worse than the last. They are getting these people from retail like target Walmart. In other places that is not healthcare. They come in not knowing how the clinic works and no respect.

Hiring and keeping nurses and PCT's would be a good start at improvement!

Transparency and reality of how teammates are worked

Listening, not assuming, and not replacing long term teammates with less experienced teammates in order to save money.

Leadership needs to get better at leading

Allowing the physicians to make the clinical decisions about care, quality metrics and improvements in care delivery. Provide paths for success for women.

Working with staff regarding family issues when they arise

Increasing staff pay. Increasing staff hired. Decreasing patient load. Triaging patients who run.

Be more appreciative, acknowledge staff of their hard and pay right. Everyone deserves a better pay. Management shouldn't be the ones to enjoy the benefits.

These people came from other country, my experience is only with black people they stand only with their own kind and ignore others, they do not care about the Davita P&P's
