We used to work together but now with stress not so well!

We appreciate each other, and make sure we help each other out whenever possible. If it were not for the co workers i currently have, I would leave for better oppurtunities.

The boss give us good aritude
It is not our company's culture... it is the group of core co workers that get us through the days.
They buy food for the staff sometimes

What did you like most about the interview process?
The friendliness of the previous RN that was a FA, she had our backs the one now we have does not and will run you over in a heartbeat begore admitting she was wrong!
Realistic job preview gives inexperienced candidates a decent idea of what the basic job looks like and a chance to pick current staffs brains before making any decisions.
