What are some of the best things about your team?
Show every day with good aritude
We appreciate each other, and make sure we help each other out whenever possible. If it were not for the co workers i currently have, I would leave for better oppurtunities.

My facilities Teamwork is excellent
My last team (I am airlift) was very supportive and connected even outside of work. I also enjoyed how they cared for one another and if one had an issue no matter how small they stepped in and covered their shift.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The boss give us good aritude
It is not our company's culture... it is the group of core co workers that get us through the days.
They buy food for the staff sometimes

What did you like most about the interview process?
Realistic job preview gives inexperienced candidates a decent idea of what the basic job looks like and a chance to pick current staffs brains before making any decisions.
