My co workers and patients
I love helping people. I love hearing the success stories
The patients snd the service I provide them
At Davita there is teamwork like no other place I have worked.
Occasionally, I get to have a positive impact on someone's life and health.
Staying busy on the treatment floor
Seeing our patients smile, saying thank-you, and sharing good stories with one another
My patients. I look forward to helping them
To use my mind and learn new things

New computer system has too many glitches that have potential adverse effects on pt outcomes
They are to Top heavy and don't have no respect for employees on the bottom you get respect based on what your job distribution is and if you are a PCT or Nurse then you get almost 0
I have given enough suggestions.
No follow up our actions done to those who create problems due to shortage of workers and nurses
Focus is not on patient care but how fast we can move patients in and out
Stop overworking staff and pay them right
Review from Customer Success Dept
Working employees too thin, not even providing care to some patineta due to lack of nurses (which is a result of low pay, demanding hours, and disrespect from management)
A lot was going wrong and my concerns were never heard. I was belittled as a person
Review from Operations Dept
Compensate your RNs, working FAs, and PCTs that make the clinics what they are. Listen to team feedback about a manager as a whole.
change the entire culture of the company
in order to satisfy patient safety and patient satisfaction, work environment for the company number one priority is the patient and satisfaction, if nurses and pct patiens ratio is met with in the whole time that a patient is the clinic improvement will succeed
Review from Operations Dept
Lack of care for patients
The unit may be closing due to not having enough patients with insurance . The company needs to find out how to maintain the problem
Review from IT Dept
Increase pay decreases patient load
Promised raises aren't being given and employees who've worked with the company for 20+ years are quitting without management attempting to value them and keep them. They would rather hire and train over and over than treat their current employees with the respect they deserve.
Review from Operations Dept
DaVita's business model is unsustainable & to keep Stockholders & Senior Leadership compensated in stock they have to skim profits and costs. 80%+ of DaVita patients are Medicare/caid & they lose money on these patients. This population is only growing so DaVita has to use cleaver ruses to profit
Review from IT Dept
more pay would make it better
There is a lot of drama and I would like to have different working opportunities
Pay people the cost of living wages deserved for hours of thankless work.
Review from Customer Support Dept
Literally everything, although dialysis probably won't even be a thing in the near future.
Review from Operations Dept
We are fairly compensated for our work.
Corporate leadership needs to understand the overwhelming nature of the direct patient care work load.
