Sharing information with the whole company seems to be important. When the company gets a lot of important feedback on a topic, they take action. Good to see this.

Salary. However, I had to use an offer letter from another company to get what I'm worth. Their promotion does not come with a raise. Be sure you negotiate that with the promotion. Requesting an increase through the proper channels did not work, after 3 meetings about it I was ready to walk.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel like Booz Allen low balls on pay and has sub standard health insurance options. Merit raises and promotions are not transparent. Love my team, but lack of salary transparency and growth makes me want to look elsewhere.

Nothing to note, was long and difficult to communicate and negotiate. Hiring is external and inefficient. Even to recruit people is very arduous and daunting.

Low stress. More like a conversation. No power play/superiority. But it's all about the personality of the interviewer. I work with a Sr Leader and if he interviewed me, I'd not have taken the job or not gotten the job.

As long as we are doing what we are expected to be doing it's all fine. If you are focused on a set of work that management doesn't think you should be on, or not doing work they haven't told you about. You might as well be worthless to them. Not kidding, work you were not told was the priority.
