communications is critical to understand how you fit in the company. Here very little communications from leadership.

Listen to feedback from client-facing junior staff as they are the boots on the ground delivering services.

Encouraging team to be self starting and arming them with skills and process to do so.

Leading by example. It's not that difficult.

Medical benefits are great for families

It use to be the stock/cash bonus until it went away.

They gave me 100k when I quit so I would promise not to take my clients with me. Which I would not have done anyways. Although they lost half their contracts when clients figured out I wasnt thete anymore.

Fair salary, not the highest in the market, but the incentive bonuses drive initiative.

Near universal concern for the client's mission. Focus is not on "8-hours a day and leave." It's more about "does the client have what they need to be prepared for tomorrow?" If so, then the job is done for today.

only one meeting in 6 months... that was because of a document needed completed by members. No direction or mentorship provided.

Complete waste of time. No one cares

No one likes excessive meetings

Do multi-person interviews rather than multiple ones with different people on different days

Get ready to wait for 3 interviews of varying difficulty. Usually with a week or two in between. It took me over a month to complete the process.

We don't have office space or places to put our things, so every day we have to figure out where to sit. Hoteling is a pain but the senior folks don't care because they have offices and don't have to deal with it.

Certain Leaders lack depth of expertise and are unqualified to move their respective capability forward, therefore they protect the status quo. Delivery without a long term vision. Combine that with average pay and there is no incentive to retain top talent.
